Abstract :Developing technologies at the mobile phone can
be faced in daily life wherever consumers are given three options in operation
system namely Android, Apple and Windows. On each system provides the
advantages that pamper consumers with attractive features, the sophistication
of the existing operating system can be used as a medium to improve the ability
in English and one of them is speaking. Where in a system that can install an
application zello that can be used to enhance the ability to speak English.
Zello is an application for a talk between users wherever they are without any
restrictions, it works perfectly if
mobile phone connected to internet network. Zello developed from Handy talky
which must use a specific radar with limited distance. Every time zello
connected to people in the world in same room so it be medium to create new
habit to talk in English.
